Salmon is rich in protein, vitamin D, calcium (from the bones), and omega-3 fats. Omega-3 fats are heart-healthy fats and promote healthy brain development in babies and children.
Mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Scoop the mixture and mold each into a ball-shaped figure. Gently press on the ball-shaped mix to form a flat, round patty.
Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
Use sesame oil for cooking.
Cook patties until golden brown (3-4 mins.)
Serve and enjoy on a whole grain Kaiser bun with lettuce and tomato, an extra squeeze of lemon, and some extra wasabi mayo.
