Our Story

Our Story

Meet Erin, our CEO and founder, who has dedicated her career to empowering children and families to develop healthy habits and a love for nutrition. With a passion for helping others thrive, Erin's journey in the nutrition industry began over a decade ago.

How it all Began

From Counseling to Teaching

Erin started her career as a nutrition counselor, working with clients to create personalized meal plans and support their wellness goals. Her expertise in nutrition, sports nutrition, and weight loss earned her a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor.

Expansion and Growth

The COVID-19 pandemic brought an unexpected twist to Erin’s business plan. With in-person classes no longer an option, she was forced to adapt and pivot. And that’s when things took off! Happy Kids Nutrition Academy quickly expanded to offer over 20 classes in nutrition, food and exercise sciences, reaching a wider audience and making a bigger impact.

The Birth of Happy Kids Nutrition Academy

In 2019, Erin took the leap to create Happy Kids Nutrition Academy, starting with a single 8-week class on Fundamentals of Nutrition for Teens. With just two students enrolled, it was a humble beginning, but one that sparked her passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge with others.
