WHAT THE WEBINAR IS ABOUT
Help young athletes feel ready to move.

Food and fluids can support energy, focus and recovery around physical activity. In this free webinar, we will talk through practical ways to think about meals and snacks before a workout, staying fueled during activity, and eating after exercise.

The goal is to make workout nutrition easier to understand, so parents and coaches can support active learners without getting caught up in complicated rules.

Pre-workout fueling:

what and when kids should eat before practice or games so they have steady energy without feeling heavy

Hydration made simple:

how much water kids actually need during activity, and when sports drinks are worth it (spoiler: usually not)

The recovery window:

easy post-workout snacks and meals that help growing bodies refuel, with real examples kids will actually eat

Snack survival guide:

navigating vending machines, concession stands, and rushed drive-to-practice days without defaulting to junk

Building the habit:

how to get kids involved in their own fueling choices so they carry these habits into their teen years and beyond
