My older teen gymnast took this class several years ago and I was thrilled to see Erin was still teaching it. My teen soccer player took it this time. Erin is a great instructor. All concepts are explained clearly and questions are answered well. It's an engaging class. I felt as teen athletes it was especially important for them to understand how crucial it is to fuel their bodies with the right foods and enough water for optimal performance. We sat down with the handouts and discussed everything they'd covered and I had them help me come come with some better alternatives for game day foods & snacks. We highly recommend if you want your teen athlete to make wise food choices!!!
